'Had a wonderful week here with the family. Enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. Although it is peaceful, we are not far away from beautiful places to visit.'

The Grounds
The property is the original coach house to the manor house, and is set in 12 hectres of beautiful grounds and woods, with lovely views over the surrounding farmland and countryside, bursting with flowers and shrubbery which change with the seasons - a perfect retreat for those that want to relax and totally wind down. The woods are particularly beautiful in Spring when the bluebells are out.

The front of the coach house faces onto a cobbled courtyard, and the back overlooks a private & spacious garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or dining alfresco (the garden is accessable from the kitchen), and it's a great space for kids to kick a ball around. Interior
Large double bedroom (with cot), two further twin bedded rooms (one of which is a through bedroom) and a single bedroom. There is an upgraded bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC on the first floor and on the ground floor there is a shower room with WC. The pleasant sitting is on the first floor. The sunroom, kitchen, separate dining room, and large games room (piano and table tennis) are on the ground floor. Garden door leads out of kitchen to extensive lawn, perfect for barbeques and eating outside.

Surounding Area
The property is equidistant from the more rugged North Coast (great for walks and surfing), and the pretty estuaries of the South Coast. There are plenty of nice beaches which are just 20 minutes away, these are just a few:

o	Polly Joke - N. Coast, 20 min drive away (a 15 min walk down to the beach, the footpath continues around the coast, great views, Crantock beach is near)
o	Chapel Porth - N. Coast, 20 min drive away (parking near the beach, when tide is in the beach is small, one can take a lovely walk around the cliffs to the mine shaft)
o	Perranporth - N. Coast, 20 min drive away (parking near beach, a large beach)
o	Mylor Beach - S. Coast, 25 mins drive away (Great for sailing)
o	Daymer Bay- N. Coast, 45 mins drive away (Great family beach, can follow the footpath around the coast to Polzeath (well known for surfing))

The Coach House is situated 3 miles from the cathedral city of Truro (pop 25,000) with excellent shops and theatre. Truro offers the visitor a great range of choice for those wishing to dine out.

The house lies in the grounds of the Manor House with privacy and seclusion surrounded by gardens and private land accessed by a 1/2 ml drive.The woods are full of bluebells in the spring and there is a large flat lawn (which is private for the Coach House) ideal for cricket or kicking a football around,as well as tennis court (with night lights!)

Both coasts are approximately 7 mls away, Porthjoke is our favourite next to Crantock on the North Coast and Carne Beach near Veryan on the South Coast.

Wonderful gardens to visit in the spring.(Trewithen,Trebah.Glendurgan, Trelissick & Lanhydrock).

Plenty of art around!-many galleries, especially in the west as well as The Modern Tate at St ives.
